Very good company! Large selection of manufacturers/products, clear website with all important information. I will hire them again anytime and can only highly recommend them: I urgently needed 2 new locking cylinders. I had technical questions that were answered quickly, very competently, and correctly over the phone. Fast delivery was important, it was promised and kept (Friday was promised, delivery came 3 days earlier on Tuesday). You don't find that often anymore today! That's why 5 stars+!!!

The last round with the dog at 10 PM and bam - forgot the keys and no phone with me. After lengthy unsuccessful attempts to somehow open the door myself, I called the locksmith GB Sicherheitstechnik with the help of a dear neighbor. Just stepped outside for a moment, light breeze, door closed. Keys are stuck inside. Mr. Gretschka and partner reacted spontaneously and friendly. After half an hour, the door was open again, without any damage. Absolute professional behavior. Costs totally acceptable. I immediately passed on the contact number to neighbors... just in case.
